What are the difference between different series COB LED strips you have?
Our Basic Series COB strips are with 320chips/M, this series are the most cost-effective version, if you are looking for lowest prices, this can be a good choice for you.
Our Popular Series COB strips are with 420chips/M, this series are our best seller series. The design and prices are coming to a balance point.
Our High Efficiency Series COB strips are with 480chips/M, if you want lowest wattage while maximum lumens, this can be the best solution.
Our High Wattage Series COB strips are also with 480chips/M, if you want the maximum lumens without considering the power consumption. This can be the most suitable solution.
What is COB?
Chip on board (COB) is a method of circuit board manufacturing in which the integrated circuits (e.g. microprocessors) are attached (wired, bonded directly) to a printed circuit board, and covered by a blob of epoxy. By eliminating the packaging of individual semiconductor devices, the completed product can be more compact, lighter, and less costly. In some cases, COB construction improves the operation of radio frequency systems by reducing the inductance and capacitance of integrated circuit leads. Are COB lights better than LED?
COB is also a type of LED, so this question does not make any sense. However COB LEDs have many advantages comparing with traditional SMD LEDs, you can continue read our FAQ as below.
What is the CRI of the COB LEDs which you are using?
The CRI of the COB LEDs which we are using are all more than 90Ra. Thus we also call our COB LED strip as High CRI COB LED strip. Generally speaking, CRI(colour rendering index) values 90 and above are considered to be excellent, however values below 80 are generally considered not good. 
What are the advantages of COB LED strips?
There are a lot of advantages of COB LED strips including no lighting spots, better light, more flexible, more efficient, and etc. You can read our article for this.
Are COB LED strips brighter?
COB LED technology produces a considerably brighter light than traditional LED technology! They’re even more bright than high-density strips. Flip-chip LEDs, unlike SMD LEDs, are not enclosed in a plastic holder, therefore they produce dazzling, constant light from a broader angle. This enables them to generate light from the strip’s sides, which reaches more than 180 degrees. A wider light angle gives you more light, which is important for long-term brightness.
