This Top Bend LED Neon Flex Rope Light is 160° with 3-side illumination which is different from our standard Vertical Bending LED Neon Flex, which is 110°. It uses high-quality gas silica gel, yellowing resistance, UV resistance, salt and alkali resistance, high-temperature resistance, and flame retardant. Moreover, it is IP67 ideal for both indoor & outdoor decorative lighting and outdoor building outline lighting.

Unitop Top Bend LED Flex Neon Light 1313B has so many unique features, including but not limited to below:

3-side illumination:

Unlike our standard Top Bend LED Neon Flex, which is only 110°, this newly designed LED Neon Flex is 160° with 3-side illumination.

High CRI More Than 90Ra:

The CRI of the LEDs we are using is all more than 90Ra. Thus we also call our LED Neon Flex: High CRI LED Neon Flex. Generally speaking, CRI(color rendering index) values of 90 and above are considered excellent; however, values below 80 are generally considered not good.

Various Colors:

Despite the typical white color: 2100K, 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K, we also have tunable white/color temperature adjustable, RGB, RGBW for your choice.

IP 67:

Our LED Neon Flex uses high-quality gas silica gel, which is yellow resistance, UV resistance, salt and alkali resistance, high-temperature resistant, and flame retardant. It is IP67.

Cut Freely:

There are clear silk-print cutting marks on the back of the LED Neon Flex for you to cut conveniently and quickly.

Wiring Diagram:

1. Single-end Wiring:

Please use a constant voltage power supply with corresponding output voltage, and the rated wattage of the power supply shall be 25% more than the actual power consumption of light to increase its life expectancy.
This wiring diagram uses the mains of AC220-240V with brown and blue wires as an example, and please connect with the corresponding live and neutral wires for other electricity mains.

Dimming frequency ranges from 100Hz to 2000Hz, and 500Hz is recommended.

Light Length:
The length of the longest single light in parallel connection or sum of LED Neon Flex in series connection.

Cable Length:
The length of an electrical cable between the power output end and light input end and the wires for serial interconnection are included.

How to minimize voltage drop?
1. Please ensure the cable length is not more than the table “Max. Cable Length” according to light length and its wire gauge.
2. Please ensure the light length is less than the cable “Max. Running Length Single-end Wiring”.

2. Double-end Wiring:

The below wiring diagram with double-end wiring to run length longer than the max running length for single-end wiring but less than twice the value.

Please ensure the polarity connection is correct on both ends, and a short circuit might occur if powering the light from both ends with reverse polarity. It is not recommended to connect both ends of the neon flex with two separate power supplies, which would lead to overloading and overheating problems if either power supply is failed.

Light Length:
The length of the longest single light in parallel connection or sum of neon flex in series connection.

Cable Length:
The length of an electrical cable between the power output end and light input end and the wires for serial interconnection are included.

How to Minimize Voltage Drop:
1. It is optimal to position the power supply in the middle of a single light or multiple lines in a daisy chain to keep the equivalent cable length on both ends for double-end wiring.
2. Please ensure the cable length is not more than the table “Max. Cable Length” according to half of the light length and its wire gauge.
3. Please ensure the light length is less than the table “Max. Running Length Double-end Wiring”.
